“I recently purchased a vehicle from Hayleigh. Her service was fantastic. I went in not having a preference (or so I thought) and she very clearly presented multiple options with pros and cons. I never felt pressured and ended up in a vehicle I love at a very fair price. I worked with Kerrigan and Derrick in Finance as well and both were very professional and knowledgeable. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.”

“*BUYERS BEWARE* My experience with Suburban Ford of Ferndale was terrible overall — from sales to service, I’d give it 1 star. My salesman, Mark, did a great job. He was straightforward, efficient, and got me in and out quickly. The issue came when I got to finance. If you end up with Kerrigan Purslow as your finance manager, beware. He tried to force a warranty on me, even though it was completely unnecessary for my situation. It was clear he was more focused on his profit margin than what was best for me as the customer. When I asked to remove the warranty, I was initially told it “couldn’t be removed” because it was supposedly part of the vehicle price — even though the price breakdown clearly showed it added on after the sales price. Only after I stood firm did he suddenly “figure out” how to remove it. Terrible, terrible person to do business with. If you need service here, please go see Christina Cornell or Samantha Paquette. They’ll take great care of you and are very responsive — honestly, they’re the only reason this place even deserves 1 star.”

“Ordered a new Maverick through Mark Fortuna, and had possibly the smoothest and easiest automobile transaction I've ever had. Took 8 months from order to delivery, but Mark was in touch the entire time while we waited for Ford to build/deliver it. I've always leased cars, so this was my first purchase and Mark was incredibly patient and answered all my (probably) dumb questions. Even took care of me after the sale when I had another couple questions. Can't recommend Mark and this dealership enough!”

“Carrie was amazing to work with. I sent an online inquiry about a vehicle on their lot! She responded quickly back with all the information I asked for! She gave me detail video’s snd pictures to look at . I was coming from out of state to see the vehicle so it was very important that she did that! When I presented her with the deal I needed to make happen , she some how made it happen! She was a pleasure to work with through all stages of the buying process and many times answered questions or responded to texts after what is her normal work hours would be. That’s dedication if Iv ever seen it. When I made the drive to Ferndale, I arrived and she had the vehicle I was interested in full on fuel, detailed and washed! The vehicle was exactly as she had described over text. She was honest and trust worthy through the entire process and in today’s world that doesn’t come easy!
