Today I purchased a pre-owned Chevy Silverado from Vic Canever. My salesman Ryan Simms greeted me promptly, asked me what I was interested in and could he show me something that interested me. I pointed out a 2022 Silverado Z71 RST that was yellow tagged (not for sale), but he went inside to get the scoop from his sales manager. Ryan returned with the keys and dealer plate, and had my wife and I take it out for a test drive, Needless to say I loved the truck, and bought it. I can't say enough about Ryan, his knowledgeable, low pressure approach, and honesty closed the deal for me. Great truck that checked all the boxes for for me, and a more that fair price. Come on in and see Ryan Simms for your next vehicle. I'm a new customer for life.

I stopped in because they had a truck that I was interested in. I talked with Scott in regards to the truck. "Certified Pre-Owned" which means it supposedly went through a 172 point inspection and passed. I decided to take the truck for a test drive and it drove pretty well. Upon starting the truck I did notice that the video rear view mirror wasn't working, I noted it. On the drive I did also notice that the phone charging system wasn't working, I noted it. Couple other minor things that I noted and would further discuss with the salesman Scott upon my return. Once I got back from the test drive I spoke with Scott about my findings and what wasn't properly working on this "Certified" truck. Scott said if I wanted the truck that he would send it in for service to get these items fixed (this truck was advertised as a 1 owner nearly perfect truck). I was told that this truck comes with a 12 month/12k mile bumper to bumper warranty as well. I agreed that if he fixed the issues that I would purchase the Denali at asking price. No financing, cashiers check, wire transfer or whatever payment they preferred. Scott reached out to me a couple days later and said they were still waiting on the wireless charging system to come in and they would install it and he would reach out when it was completed. I asked numerous times if they would like a deposit on the truck. I was told no repeatedly, "we got you covered, no worries" I received a call late afternoon on Friday stating the truck was finished and ready to go. Asked if I could come in and sign the paperwork, I told them that I lived an hour away and that I'm slammed at work so I wouldn't be able to make it in(I told Scott from day one that we are really busy and would have to do most things via email and I would come in with the payment and leave with the truck). Monday morning comes around and I receive a call from Scott asking if I can take a quick call from the finance dept so we can set up the purchase agreement. Again I ask him if I can leave a deposit. Again, the answer is no need. They call, send over a purchase agreement for me to DocuSign. I read through it, the warranty information is missing and marked "AS IS". I contact the finance dept and they were supposed to update and send a new one with the correct revisions. A couple hours later I receive a call from Cocky Dan. Dan leaves me a voicemail telling me that the trucks are first come first serve and he has someone there wanting to buy it and that I've had the purchase agreement for "some time which has only been about 2-3 hours as I'm at work also waiting for the corrected purchase agreement. Confused as to what is going on I call Dan back. No answer. So I contact Scott, he answers right away. I explained what was going on and that I was waiting on the revised Purchase agreement he said the truck only came with a 6 month warranty or 6k miles. Which is half of what I was told originally. Now red flags are going up because I feel that I'm being mislead and misdirected. I can tell Scott seems upset because someone essentially is selling a truck that he already agreed to sell a week prior and being held up on their end. At this point I'm losing interest in the sale due to the inconsistencies and lack respect on Dan's part. I get in contact with him and he's about as cocky as can be in regards to wanting to sell the truck to whomever else. At this point, I tell him to just sell it. I'll buy another truck from somewhere else. I own a fleet of vehicles, bought many cars from dealerships and have never in my experiences have met anyone as unprofessional, rude, and unpersonable in the customer service industry. In conclusion, the truck wasn't as advertised, the warranty wasn't as advertised, and the manager Dan would be better suited for the fry station at a local fast food restaurant. There is no integrity, no self respect, or no honesty at this dealership. In all honesty, I would buy another truck from a D lot before I give these guys any of my business.

For over six years, I’ve trusted Billi Jo C. with my vehicle business, and she has never once disappointed. Billi Jo is the kind of salesperson who listens, cares, and makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Her knowledge of the inventory, financing options, and customer needs is exceptional, and she consistently goes above and beyond without ever being pushy. Most recently, my son leased his new truck through Billi Jo, and the level of service was just as outstanding as it was for me. She took the time to make sure he understood every step, found exactly what he wanted, and left feeling confident and excited about his purchase. It meant a lot to watch her treat him with the same care and professionalism I’ve always received. It’s rare to find someone in sales who creates such long-term trust, but Billi Jo has done exactly that. If you’re looking for a dealership and a salesperson who truly puts customers first, I cannot recommend her enough. Five stars every time!

I cannot thank Cameron and the guys enough for all they did. Going the extra mile to ensure my car was safe for the sake of integrity, was an unexpected surprise. As so often, auto shops rip ya off especially us women who don’t know much about the Industry, they were honest and more than fair on the price and way below the quotes from all the other local shops for the same job. Thanks again Icon Auto. We will be back for sure. . -Dee
