“From the initial inquiry to the last employee of Flow Mazda, It was a great car buying experience! Rob the sales manager was imformative and and answered all questions by telephone on Saturday evening about my interest in a yukon denali xl. I made a $500 deposit to hold the car and i drove 3 hours from Lake Norman to see the car on Tuesday, 1.20.2026. I arrived and was introduced to my salesman Eddie, which he also answered any questions i had. I met the finace manager Jarred to take car of the money part. The delaership was clean and bright, stocked with hot coffee and cold bottled water. I felt at home. I was super excited to purchase a (new) used 2022 vehicle. I took a test drive--even though i knew how they drove, and i knew that i was buying it! Eddie drove me to the bank for the cashiers check, and also took me to the GMC dealership in the same parking lot and had a salesman setup my apple car play, i-phone and sirus XM account.
