Due to a family death we had to attend a funeral the same day. We didn’t get to the dealership until 8pm that evening and didn’t leave until 10:30pm. He was very responsive, understanding and helpful. Once we got down to making the deal he didn’t beat us up. We told him what we wanted and he made it happen.
