I bought a Honda accord from them about 6 months ago now and just about everything was wrong with it less than a month into my purchase my engine started dieing. everything was bad on the inside of the engine it had cracks and gunked up oil everywhere but the outside was nice and polished they ended up paying for a replacement but that was a fight an a half. now my transmission is starting to go out with only 100k miles on it and I drive very calm and I treat her right regular tune ups and fluid changes. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you take your own mechanic up there cause oh boy my car had a time in there mechanics shop 3 visits that lasted 3 or more days each and they couldn't figure out was wrong with the engine. one visit to my mechanic and he found everything 1 star not very transparent about there cars unless they didn't know and if that was the case I would recommend seeking a new mechanic hope this helps.

Fantastic staff and location. Jason there assisted me by picking me up and allowing me to test drive the vehicle back to the location. I appreciate the extra service and time. The sale went through well and everything was transparent. Vehicle was in good shape and anything that they knew was wrong with it was pointed out to me without me having to find it on my own later. The car was well taken care of and checked out by them before being sold. During the usual oil flush and coolant flush after purchasing a new vehicle I was surprised to find that it had already been flushed and cleaned by them, even a deep cleaning agent run through the engine came out nearly clean after 20 minutes at high RPMs. This is the place to go in Farmville to find a quality taken care of vehicle for yourself and your family. An honest, upfront, and and responsibility taking company and team that will get you the car you need for yourself and your family.

I am so happy I chose to go to Automotive Headquarters first before looking anywhere else. The transmission went out in my car so rather than spending 6k to fix it my husband and I decided to just get another vehicle, we went to Automotive Headquarters first to check out what they had. As soon as we got there John came out and greeted us. He asked if we had an idea of what we were looking for and our price range. John showed us a few and they were all really nice, however, when we came to the Pacifica we immediately thought This Is It. John opened it up, showed us the ins and outs and suggested a test drive, that sealed the deal. We all went in and John did his thing and I drove off the lot with my New To Me Mom Van. Everyone was so very nice, made the entire process so very easy, I honestly couldn't have asked for better customer service. There was no pressure to buy one particular vehicle over another or any for that matter, they listen and do their very best to make sure you are happy. I'll recommend Automotive Headquarters to Anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

Great place took care of a lot of my family, and myself! Highly recommend. Bought my 2016 Ford F-150 about a year ago.Wasn’t going to leave a review, but felt compelled to tell of my positive experience, and would encourage others in our community to do the same. The dealership was nice and friendly at first until my vehicle started having issues. It’s been in the shop more than in my yard. They recommended that I take it to their shop to get it worked on it’s been 2 weeks and my truck is still NOT fixed. I emailed the owner twice but no response back. Their shop DO NOT answer the phone, will NOT return your call or text messages. I got the extended warranty and they don’t want to pay to get ac compressor replaced!!! THEY paid for the first problem but I had to pay half on the labor and thermostat problem. True they on vacation but my vehicle been there for two weeks prior. Been to the dealership twice and been told lies about letting me know something!!! I tried reaching back out to the owner but no response.( guess he’s still on vacation) I called the warranty company myself and they said it’s because of their shop they wouldn’t replace my compressor so I had to come out of pocket. Now the actuator is messed up. I will be going further with this and their business!!
