He was honest and upfront about everything and there was never even a hint of sales pressure tactics that I’m used to when buying a car. I was able to test drive the vehicle and give it a thorough visual inspection, again no pressure from Paulo, he just left me to it. He answered all my questions about the vehicle, offered financing but did not push me to use it. I’ve worked as a tech at big OEM dealerships for many years and let me tell you I have met plenty of slimy shady car salesmen and have seen with my own eyes all of the ways to make a sale if you have no morals. Paulo is not that type of person. I sensed only honesty and integrity from him throughout the entire process. It gave me confidence to make the decision on buying the vehicle. “I wouldn’t advise anyone to deal with these guys. They’re selling cars just to get your money. I haven’t had my car from them for a year and I’ve had multiple problems, after I took it to them to fix the first time another problem occurred the same problem I got fixed and then they tried to name it as something else. Beware of the scams. And the manager Paul is absolutely rude, I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them.”
