“We had an absolutely incredible experience with Josh and Nadir at Volvo Falls Church. They truly made the entire car-buying process such a great experience. We came in on a Saturday to discuss pricing and explore our options. There was zero pressure, just straightforward, transparent conversations and genuine help. They answered all of our questions, worked with us on numbers, and gave us the space we needed to make sure we had an opportunity to discuss everything before making a decision. We left that Saturday feeling confident, came back that Monday with the car we were planning on trading in and drove off in our new Volvo XC60! Josh and Nadir are professional and truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience, go to Volvo Falls Church. “My wife and I purchased a used Ford Flex from Volvo of Falls Church. Our salesman, Vic, was super helpful and kind. He never lied to us and never pressured us to make a purchase. Paul with the finance team was also great to work with! Even though it was one of their least expensive cars, and used cars are not their primary source of business, they still treated us with kindness and professionalism. This was a top-notch organization and my wife and I both left very impressed and happy with our new (to us) car!”

“I had an amazing experience with Breyer Volvo in the purchase of a 2020 Kia Niro EV. Nadir, my salesman, was fantastic. I showed up without an appointment and was welcomed as soon as I arrived. He was great with helping me with the process of test drives and price negotiating. Then was passed to Robert in financing to start the process of financing the car. Robert was able to find me a lender that offered an even lower rate than my pre approved loan from my bank. While I was in the finance office, Nadir offered to order me lunch from the local deli. He even personally took my new car to a fast charger to fully charge the vehicle while I enjoyed my lunch. Joshua, the general manager, was also very helpful in all my questions. From sales to management and everything in between, the team at Beyer were amazing!”

“Dom was absolutely amazing! He assisted me with the purchase of our new XC90 and from start to finish the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He truly took us by the hand throughout the process and delivered on every promise he made. Dom went above and beyond, he even stayed more than two hours past closing on a Sunday to make sure our transaction was completed successfully. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients really stood out. We never felt rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, dependable, and truly dedicated to great customer service, Dom is definitely the person to go to for anything sales-related at Volvo. “I wish I could give zero stars. I took my car to Beyer Volvo back in June for a recall service because it was conveniently close to work, and I honestly wish I hadn’t. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed a deep scratch that wasn’t there before. They never mentioned it, and if I hadn’t called to point it out, they likely would’ve said nothing. Only after I contacted them did they admit responsibility. I brought the car back so they could take a look, and they suggested polishing the area to see if the scratch would come off. We were very clear that we did not want them to proceed beyond that if polishing didn’t work, as we didn’t want any paintwork done. Despite that, they ignored our instructions and went ahead anyway over-polishing the spot until they actually burned through the paint, leaving a bare metal hole on my car. When we asked for an explanation, all they said was that it wasn’t their fault because the damage was done by N2 Auto Detailing & Appearance. But that’s not acceptable, we left the car under Beyer Volvo’s care, not N2. They subcontracted the work, so they are responsible. They offered to repaint it (which we had already said we didn’t want), and when we asked to get a quote from a repair shop of our choice, they agreed. But when we brought them an estimate, they refused to cover it because it was “too expensive” even though every reputable body shop we contacted quoted around the same range ($2,000–$3,000). They said they could “do it cheaper” for under $1,000, which tells you everything about the quality of work they intended to do. Now, months later, and after countless calls and emails, nothing has been resolved. Every time we reach out, General Manager Pete Kesterson redirects the issue to VAL Collision (which is owned by Beyer Volvo and handles their repair work) instead of addressing it himself. Even Volvo Corporate confirmed that Beyer is responsible, yet we’re still waiting to hear back from them directly. Overall, this has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. I took my car in for a recall and got it back damaged, dismissed, and ignored. It’s been nearly five months, and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who values honesty, accountability, or basic professionalism.”
