“I had a great experience at Beyer Kia! Zee was a great salesman. He helped us when we looked at a car 8 months ago but we didn’t end up buying a Kia at the time. When it was time to replace another car, I went back to Beyer Kia and asked for him specifically because he had been so great. After lots of car research and vists to other dealerships, I ultimately selected a Kia Telluride. Zee was so pleasant, polite and not pushy. The manager I met with was less pushy than at other dealers I went to. My experience at Beyer Kia was better than the others and I’m so glad we purchased from them. David, the product specialist, was also very helpful in helping me set up my new car. Everyone at Beyer was great. I definitely recommend this dealership over others in the area. I would especially recommend Zee for sales.”

“I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Beyer Kia, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. My sales consultant, Zabeeh, was fantastic to work with. He was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure every question was answered and helped me secure an excellent deal on my new vehicle.
The General Sales Manager, Dave, also played a key role in ensuring I received the best offer possible. It genuinely felt like the team wanted to earn my business rather than simply expect it, which made a huge difference in my decision to move forward with the purchase.
Before driving off the lot, Jose provided a detailed and incredibly helpful tech overview so I could take full advantage of all the features in my Sportage Hybrid. His walkthrough was thoughtful, and very appreciated.

“If you do not wish to have your vehicle damaged by a team that will conceal its mistakes and fail to contact you, consider seeking alternative service providers.
Previously, I had a positive experience with this dealership for vehicle service. However, during my most recent visit, the dealership inflicted significant damage upon my vehicle. Initially, during the courtesy wash at the conclusion of my service appointment, the dealership inadvertently scraped my car with another vehicle. To rectify this issue, they provided me with a loaner car and assured me that the damage to my vehicle would be repaired. Unfortunately, they kept my car for nearly three weeks. While I acknowledge that some of this delay may have been attributed to the procurement of necessary parts, I was compelled to contact them to inquire about the status of my vehicle. Regrettably, I received no response.
Upon my return to collect the car, I discovered that it had ceased to function the following day. I was aware that the 12V battery required replacement soon, but I suspect that its deterioration was accelerated by their decision to leave the vehicle unsecured in a lot during the recent cold weather. If this were the sole issue, I could attribute the $470 cost of the battery replacement to a mere coincidence. However, in the days following the pickup, I observed the following:
- A random bolt, washer, and some plastic debris were found in the vehicle. This occurred after they had kept the car for an additional day, ostensibly to “detail” it. I contacted them to seek clarification on whether the hardware was significant and warranted a return visit. The individual who retrieved the car, Bianca, informed me that my service representative, Oliver, was occupied and would contact me. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response.
- Noticeable wear had developed on the roof rack paint, which was absent prior to my service visit. I store my car in a secure, climate-controlled garage. I believe this wear was once again caused by their failure to properly store the vehicle.
- An error in the application of a replacement part (the plastic component was protruding and extending beyond the vehicle).
I contacted the dealership regarding the latter two issues after not receiving a callback regarding the first. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I left a voicemail expressing my concerns and requesting a callback. Regrettably, I did not receive a response.
In summary, I entrusted my vehicle to this dealership, and they inflicted damage upon it, repaired the damage, left debris in my vehicle, and subsequently caused further damage. Consequently, I am left with a vehicle that likely has a diminished value compared to when I initially dropped it off, primarily due to the inadequate attention and care provided by this dealership.”

“I was looking for a car to lease and landed on Kia Bayers website. Mr.Mirza called me and explained me everything.I liked tge car but wanted to shop around. I will be honest that I could get a better deal else where but Mr Mirza won due to his excellent customer service. I would say all the lads working at this branch in Falls church were great, very helpful, respectful and not pushy at all. The last thing you want is a pushy salesman, I m glad I didnt encounter any of that. We drove 3 cars to test and finally came home with a beautiful one. Slightly over my budget but Mr Mirza tried all his best to help us out. 5 stars and recommended”

“The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. Everyone is very friendly and very informative. They make sure you don’t leave with any confusion because they are very thorough in their process. Prices are great, customer service is outstanding! 10/10! Omar was so helpful and informative. When I walked in I didn’t know anything about trading in my vehicle but he made sure to explain to my fiancé and I the process through and through. I will definitely recommend this dealer to my friends/family if they are ever in search of a vehicle! I traded in my 2020 Jeep Compass for a 2025 Kia Niro PHEV. I’m in love with this vehicle.”
