“I had my last car, a Subaru outback for 12 years, and I hate the car buying process. I originally went to Auto Gals to look at a Toyota Highlander, which I hated. But I enjoyed the banter with HARRY and Jake there and after discussing what I like, they suggested a 2008 Volvo V 90 that they had on stock for a while. They lowered the price significantly, gave me a generous and no questions asked trade-in on my Subaru outback, and after an inspection attended to all the defects that were found. And now, even after the sale is complete, they are helping me deal with two very small issues that were annoying and possibly not their responsibility to address. I have found the process incredibly easy, HARRY delightful to work with, and Valerie one of the two sisters, to be delightful, seamless, and trustworthy. I have to say they’ve made everything about what is normally a painful process for me very easy. I’m enjoying the new to me car. While I wanted a newer car, the technology terrifies me, and I have to say Harry is making it very simple and less frightening. I feel I can call him at any time fif advice.
