“I had a great day with Hector. I went in after being letdown by another dealer and wanted to verify some questionable info I was given. He got me straightened out right away and proceeded to get me into a better model than I had come in for and at a great price. Then he proceeded to have the car prepped. I transferred into the new car and was on my way all in just a couple of hours. He offered me a deal I couldn't refuse 👍”

Bett met me at my car in the am as I pulled in, courtesy shuttle took me to the office, I was able to pay over the phone, and I picked up my car after work. Talk about no hassle; you can't beat their service dept. That's why I purchased another vehicle from them. Top notch!”

“Always a pleasure bringing our car into Nissan for service. Jerry Ulbricht always come out to greet me and makes sure everything is noted for them to check out. Jerry explains what was done and what we need to do in future visits. I've been in other dealerships where I feel like they are pushing things you don't need. I'm glad we bought our car at Miller Nissan. They make you feel like you're part of the family. Love saying hello to Mr. Miller when he walks by. I miss their commercials!”

My service advisor, Dana L., was phenomenal. She went way above and beyond, coordinating with my warranty company and somehow tracking down a part that's been backordered since February but critical for my daily driving. She kept me in the loop the entire time and made a complicated repair feel completely stress-free. Technician Michael S. did an amazing job on my Infiniti. He handled a long list of repairs thoroughly and efficiently, and my car came back spotless—cleaner than it's been after any other service visit! Even though I don't own a Nissan, the level of care in this Service Department is so exceptional that I'll be bringing my vehicle here exclusively from now on. Dana is my go-to advisor every time, and I hope the dealership keeps her forever! Pricing was fair and reasonable for the extensive work, and the team got the parts I needed much faster than expected. The cashiers, Jessica and Melissa, were friendly and welcoming with big smiles—just like everyone else in the Service Department.
