“What a complete waste of time. Balise Hyundai of Fairfield seriously needs to explain how math works. Their website advertised a 2018 Toyota Camry BASE model for $13,377. Sounds reasonable, right? That’s why I went in. I took the car for a test drive, had long conversations, and spent almost 2 HOURS there. Then comes the punchline 😂 we are giving you a new battery (the car is not cranking up) After all that, the salesperson casually says the cash price is $19,995. Yes. A 2018 Camry base model with ~86,000 miles for TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. When I showed him the website price of $13,377, he straight-up denied it like it never existed. Then suddenly the story changed to a “retail price” of $14,777, and somehow — magically ✨ — fees appeared out of nowhere and boom 💥 total is $19,995. That’s a $6,600 jump after wasting my time. If this isn’t bait-and-switch, I don’t know what is. Let me repeat: 👉 Base model 👉 2018 👉 86,000 miles 👉 $19,995 Absolutely laughable. I walked in trusting this dealership and walked out feeling misled and frustrated. If you value honesty, transparency, or your time — stay far away. I would never trust this dealer again.”

Pleasant to deal with and quick to be trusted, he listened really well to our needs for the new car. Within an hour or two, we shook hands on a new car. He is a consummate champion for customers, while keeping the buisness mission intact. This is our second car from Balise Hyundai, the last being a Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy 3-4 years back. We were Lexus buyers - back in 2008, 2006 - not considering any other car manufacturers. We are happy we changed our allegiance - given the quality of the Palisade. This time, we didn't even seriously consider any other manufacturer. Hyundai delivers better quality at any price nowadays - compared to almost any other car manufacturer. Absolute value for money. While everyone we dealt with at Balise are great people, including the Finance manager, Jon made the whole experince pleasant and not stressful. Our next car too will likely be from Balise!”
