Which is great for a mom who has two jobs and three kids. I’ll be back to purchase both of my daughter’s cars here thanks to these two guys!”

“Had to drop my Accord off here for an emergency repair (major fuel leak), unfortunately service was closed as it was Sunday evening. I left my keys and notes about my issue, and found an alternative way home. The next morning, Fred contacted me and asked what happened. Upon explaining further, he said they had a few cars ahead of mine in the main repair bays, but would get back to me asap when they knew something, and the cost to diagnose. Very upfront about it all. I figured it would take time to diagnose, and was prepared for a couple days of having it there. A few hours later Fred called back informing me my car was ready, all fixed and what they found. My quick connect fuel line had nearly come completely off, leading to loss of fuel at a rapid rate. Scary stuff. Fred then informed me that since it was a very quick find, and an easy fix they would waive their diagnosis fee, and just have it be a courtesy repair/fix. I was extremely happy it wasn't a tragic accident, and that Fairfield Honda took care of me. Great service, and great care. Thank you to the team there.”
