“Be calm, patient and careful when buying a car. I test drove a car yesterday that passed inspection but the brakes didn't work and I couldn't stop. When driving a car it's an important feature for safety that the car stops when you hit the brake. Pretty on the outside sure. Also, to let someone test drive a car with defective brakes the most dangerous thing I've ever seen. Also, remember this.... in Virginia to pass inspection the car just needs the turn signal to work.”
