“UPDATED
My navigator is back at Lincoln. I just want to say that the vehicle is a certified pre owned with 48000 miles on it. I just got the vehicle back and it needed cam phasers. When I picked the vehicle up the only replaced 2 out of the four cam phasers. 2 days later check engine light is on. The mechanics never hooked the high load purge valve back up. Every time this vehicles goes there I pay a fee. Still can hear a slight cold start rattle cause they only replaced 2 of the phasers. Funny that the paper work I got from the dealer states all four are to be replaced but they only did 2. Mechanic notes state replace all 4. Can't get a call back now from the dealer. This is so unexeptable. This is how customers are treated at this dealership. Vehicle is under certified pre owned warranty.
I bought a car from here. Let me just start didn't even put 100 miles on the car and the car was dumping antifreeze. I had it towed to the dealer to be fixed. When I got the car back my front bumper was scratched. I have before and after photos. This I just sad that all they care about is selling the car not actually caring about the customer.”

“I’m honestly beyond disappointed with my experience with Wallace Lincoln.
My vehicle was picked up Thursday through their valet warranty service for a recall, oil change, detailing, and return delivery. I was given a loaner vehicle that was absolutely filthy inside, and I haven’t even wanted to touch it since receiving it.
Yesterday, I reached out asking for an update and was told someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did. Today, after having to call myself, I find out the dealership is closed for the entire weekend and there is apparently nobody available to speak with or help me.
So now I’m left without my vehicle, driving around in a dirty loaner car, with zero communication and no idea when I’m getting my car back.
For a luxury dealership, the customer service and communication have been extremely disappointing. The entire point of valet service is convenience and professionalism — and this experience has been the complete opposite.
At this point, I’m leaving this review in hopes that someone from management actually contacts me.”

“I would strongly advise to never, ever, ever give their service department your business. This is the epitome of why dealers have bad reputations. All they care about is getting as much money out of the customer as possible. Their communication is literally non-existent. I called and left multiple messages regarding my upcoming service and not one time did they call. The only time they called it was someone who had no clue about what he was talking about asking me if I wanted to upgrade my Lincoln MKT by talking to the manager. I asked him if he was calling because of the two voicemails I left and he said no he didn’t have anything to do with that. Their “service advisor”, Jennifer has no knowledge about cars whatsoever. All she does is schedule appointments so if you have any questions when you’re trying to make an appointment, she does not know anything, literally nothing at all. I will never, ever give this place my business. I don’t know how they got any five star reviews when it comes to their service department.”

“Do not bring your vehicle to this Dealership for service. They have no regard for a customer’s vehicle and they are incapable of performing simple diagnostic procedures. My 2022 Aviator went in to address a low voltage issue that was identified by the Lincoln Way app. The car was drawing down the battery and all they did was test the brand new Motorcraft battery that I just put in for $340 and tell me it was at 80% which they said was “ok”. Why would a brand new battery that was just installed at 12.73 volts be down to 80% at 12.5 volts in one week? Then they cleared the Diagnostic Trouble Codes without even checking them and blamed the Lincoln app for the issue. I called Lincoln Customer Care and they confirmed that there was something drawing down the battery and there were un-addressed DTC’s in the system. To add insult to injury, they performed a recall to replace a perfectly good “c”pillar panel outside the rear door and dripped black adhesive all down the side of the door and quarter panel. Instead of cleaning it off they just returned the car to me and the adhesive was dried and hard as a rock. When I called to tell them about it they casually offered to detail the car on my next visit! Not ,we are so sorry and we will come get it right away and fix it. They just didn’t care at all. This was the second time they showed their negligence for the car. Last year they had the car for six weeks for a rattle inside. When they finally returned it the interior was full of greasy hand prints on the headliner, sun visors, inner pillars and door panels and the rattle was still there . Again, this Dealership has NO regard for customers vehicles and they clearly do not have competent technicians. Do yourself a favor and just go anywhere else.”

“I went there with my brother he was looking for a work van . I began looking at the vehicle's. We met with sales man Trevor he was friendly and helpful and very professional, he knew his product very well. I liked the Lincoln MKZ I had to have it. I test drove the car and was very satisfied with the way it drove . I also spoke with manager Mark who was great to work with . I found both Trevor and Mark to be honest, professional and very helpful. They were able to get me the best price for the vehicle, Mark worked very hard to get me the most for my trade and he did . I took the deal and am very pleased with it. It was a two for one visit as my brother bought the van he came to see he paid much less than sticker price. I recommend this dealership highly.”
