However, when I attempted to schedule another maintenance appointment, communication via text was not very responsive. As a result, I ended up performing the maintenance myself and avoided the hassle. “Really had a great experience with Genesis at Tynan’s Nissan in Aurora. She was super helpful. She didn’t come off as a pushy sells woman. Even though I had a pre approval from my credit union, she knew the features that I wanted to get, weren’t going to be possible with the pre approval I had. So she gave me more options with an affordable lease, which was a wayyy better deal than my credit union was offering. But she didn’t push or get an attitude, rather she showed me the SUV I wanted with every feature I wanted and gave me the option of what I wanted to do, then let me decide. I drove off the lot with a brand new ‘26 Nissan Rogue platinum with all the bells and whistles. It was definitely a big girl purchase I wasn’t expecting to make until next year. But I felt good about it. It was the first time, buying a car, where I felt like I got good deal that is in my monthly price range and didn’t feel like I got hustled. I highly recommend her.
