The real MVP — no debate.
I literally drove an HOUR to this location and let me just say… worth every mile. I came in with an unrealistic vision — stay within my budget, keep my monthly where I needed it, and get me into my DREAM car, a Ford Bronco — and Anthony came through for me!
I even received a better trade-in offer for my janky Kia than what I was getting elsewhere, so yeah… say less.
But honestly, the best part? Anthony made the whole process smooth and calming the entire time. No pressure, no weird dealership energy, and made sure I tried every option I had, just straight-up good service and someone actually looking out for me.
I came in stressed and left in a Bronco 😭🔥

I submitted an inquiry regarding a new 2026 Ford Explorer ST after business hours, around 8:30 PM, and he promptly contacted me within two minutes to follow up. The following morning, he provided a video of the vehicle, confirming its availability and detailing its features. Notably, he offered a highly competitive price for a new vehicle, which led to our purchase. Furthermore, the dealership facilitated the delivery of the vehicle to my location, despite being two hours away. Additionally, Kyle in finance efficiently handled all necessary documentation. “We had the absolute pleasure of working with Michael at AutoNation Ford in Frisco while purchasing our dream car — the Bronco Raptor — and the experience exceeded every expectation.
When we first stopped by the dealership, we casually mentioned that the Bronco Raptor was the vehicle we ultimately wanted. From that point on, Michael followed up with my husband periodically — never pushy, always thoughtful — just to check in and let us know he was doing everything he could to make sure the car would be available whenever we were ready. That level of attentiveness and consistency really stood out.
When we came in for our appointment, Michael went above and beyond. He made sure my husband had plenty of time to test drive the vehicle, patiently walked us through all the features, and helped us find the exact package and configuration we were looking for. What impressed me most was that he also involved me in the process — he asked about my non-negotiable features and made sure our needs as a family were heard and prioritized.
Beyond that, Michael worked closely with the finance department to help us secure a great deal, which we truly appreciated. The entire process felt smooth, transparent, and stress-free — which is not something people usually say about buying a car!

“We Recently last week bought a vehicle from this dealership. I am mostly going to speak on the cleanliness of this used car. While I found the salesman competent, and the cleanliness I would rate on a six out of 10, which actually was the best one we saw that day most of them were four out of 10 or less. This vehicle was mostly interior and engine bay. We’re going to focus on the interior and what I found. Upon examination the vehicle when we were buying it the front Drivers area carpet was crustified. Literally crunched as you put your feet on it Or touched it. I had them redo the shampooing, if it ever was done. It came out OK but only in the center area. There were No front floor mats, which told me a lot right there. I found white clay dirt everywhere on the bottom of the doors that had never been attempted to cleaned, Also with engine bay and Rear cargo Hatch. I don’t Know when it became OK to give customers dirty cars or to show Them, but that seemed to be the case when we looked at cars that day. One dealership even Showed us an extremely dirty car with dog hair everywhere and thought that was OK. I have attached photos from the detail shop,I took it to get a thorough clean after buying vehicle.”
