“Scam Alert, After paying 2300 down for the vehicle I purchased and finalizing the contract, on my way home the engine light came on. I talked to the dealership and asked them to have their mechanic look at it. It has been two weeks. I still don't have a car, I don't get updated on what's going on and I have been patient and polite. I asked to borrow a car while they were fixing the car but they refused. It is a scam 100%. I have a car payment but no car to speak of. Don't fall victim of these guys.”

“If I could give y'all 0 stars I would, very unprofessional and very untrustworthy. I came in with a decent down payment not the best credit yes but I am a single mom trying my best I can and I really needed a car. I got a Honda civic at first but then they told me after almost a month of having that car I needed to bring it back because the bank wouldn’t accept my credit for whatever reason so Javier told me that the only car I would be accepted for was a 2018 jeep Latitude and let me tell y'all this jeep has been in the shop 5+ times and yes they have helped each time but each time after the car came out the shop they would always tell me there’s nothing wrong with the car when I know there is(check engine light) I called yesterday to see what was the update was on the jeep and Javier told me that there is something wrong with the jeeps head gasket and needs to be replaced and I told them no I don’t want the car I want my money back!!! Javier told me he would call me today and of course he didn’t because he has the “day” off as he would always for some reason when I want my money back and want to just get this whole problem over with! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! You will regret it as I myself do! I will be waiting for a call back tomorrow from Javier and let’s hope I get my money back because it’s what I deserve!!! Ps. At one point the coolant tank pipes broke while I was driving and the jeep was smoking!! They also gave me that jeep with no gas 😂”

“Some good used cars sold by good dealers. I always advise doing research on the vehicle you're interested in. Take the Carfax but don't rely on it. Experience at a dealer is what you make it be kind and respectful. Javier was a good salesman but could've been more informative about the "as-is" condition. I know used cars have issues but I wasn't thinking missing floor mats would be a thing. I hope they find them and notify me or send me an amazon gift card to help buy some new ones. 😁 Would definitely give a 5-star for going above expectations or at least being informative. I sale tile and I rather over inform than under.”
