“I took my car for a few services(oil change and brake flush) and I decided to purchase roof rails for my Acura. They do not arrive until tomorrow in the morning, so I ask how much would it be to get them installed. He gave me the quote of $130 to install them, I already paid for the roof rails. So I told them ok I see them tomorrow for them to install the roof rails. When I got there the next day I decided to purchase crossbars as well. But I was planning on installing the crossbars myself. When it was time to pay he said that it was going to be $260. I told him they quoted me $130 the day before. He said no that’s for the crossbars. I told him I did not buy or mention crossbars until today. They ended up charging me $260 and blame me that I got the quote for the wrong item. They did not take responsibility for their mistake at all. When everything works out well, their services are good. And the sales person that sold us our car always greets us and ask us questions about the our car. He is great salesperson. It was just their service team that couldn’t take accountability.”
