“Had a great experience at the service department. Bummer I had to take the car in for a recall, but we were treated respectfully, the service rep provided Uber service back and forth from the dealership to our home and kept us informed. The technician provided video confirming the inspection steps occurred as documented and they provided a complimentary exterior wash and interior vacuum.
We couldn't be happier with the whole process. This team nailed it!”

“I had an outstanding experience at Audi of Fremont, and I want to specifically recognize Briant Castaneda, one of their service advisors.
Bryant demonstrated exceptional professionalism from start to finish. He was clear and precise in his communication, punctual, highly organized, and took full ownership of the entire service process. What truly stood out, however, was his character.
During my visit, I experienced a family emergency and needed to extend my loaner vehicle. Bryant was incredibly understanding and supportive. As a genuine gesture of goodwill, he waived the extension fee — something I deeply appreciated during a stressful time.
It’s rare to see this level of responsibility, maturity, and customer care, especially in someone so young. Audi of Fremont should be proud to have him representing their organization.
I also believe this reflects a broader culture of customer focus that goes beyond any one individual. His manager, Darren, was clearly part of creating this exceptional experience.
I’m extremely impressed with both the service department and Briant personally. Keep up the great work — and thank you for going above and beyond.”

“I had such a wonderful experience today with Sales Representative Ni Hong, General Sales Manager Dearan and General Manager Abe purchasing my new vehicle. Ni was so helpful and patient, she made sure I got the vehicle I loved at a wonderful price. Abe and Dearan both went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind here and provided wonderful customer service. My doodle got lots of love. An honest and customer focused dealership! The dealership is also gorgeous!”

“Recently visited Audi Fremont for oil change and a battery replacement. Online scheduling was a breeze, upon arrival check in is very smooth.
Service Advisor Bryant Castaneda is very professional and personable. After going over all my vehicle concerns and noted it down, provided me with all the details of the service and timeline, I appreciate the transparency Audi Fremont Service Dept. Provides.
I can tell Bryant is very passionate of the work he does and the knowledge of Audi cars as well of the services offered with our brief interaction. When the service was completed, I was properly notified which some dealership often overlooked. Little details such as requesting vehicle not to be washed does make a difference in what a customer’s request which shows that Audi Fremont is all ears, too often dealerships miss this ultimately reflecting the overall experience of the dealership itself.
Prior departing the dealership Bryant went over all the services performed, checklists and any future items that may need to be address.
He made sure any questions I may have left unanswered before leaving which is a good sign of a knowledgeable service advisor.
Overall Audi Fremont continues to offer outstanding service along with higher standards of knowledgeable staff that sets them apart from other Audi Dealerships in the Bay Area. Keep up the great work Bryant and thank for a very positive experience!”
