“Great experience when servicing my Pacifica. Scott Cramsey, my service center advisor, has taken care of me once again this time installing my tires. He walked me through the process, kept me updated, and explained in detail my cost. I will continue to work with him as I feel my Pacifica is in good hands. Thanks for taking care of my van once again!”

“Cyril was amazing. He made the process of buying our truck quick and easy. Our finance guy Mike was also great. Easiest process from any dealership we had been to.”

“Buyer Beware: Substandard Service and Lack of Accountability.
We brought our Fiat 500L in for a check engine light in February. We picked it up ($900) with the check engine light still on; when questioned they 'cleared the code' and sent us home. Predictably, the light returned with the exact same code. This time, the dealer claimed the previous owner’s mechanic (not Fiat Certified) did improper work and it all had to be redone. We trusted them, spent an additional $1,600, and waited weeks for the repair.
The result? Hours after picking the car up, the AC—which worked perfectly when we dropped it off—was dead. We took it to an independent shop for a second opinion. They found the AC line unclipped and resting directly on the passenger front axle (see photos). Because the dealer's mechanic failed to re-secure the line after the timing belt/engine work, the rotating axle ground a hole right through the metal, venting all the refrigerant.
When confronted, the dealership denied touching the line—despite it being physically impossible to perform the $1,600 engine service without moving those lines. Their best offer was to cover only half the cost of a mistake they caused.
They preached to us about using 'certified technicians,' yet their own staff performed dangerous, sloppy work and refused to take responsibility. Save your money and your sanity—take your vehicle elsewhere."”

“My husband Paul and I purchased our 2026 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X from Lilly Brown-King at Safford CDJR of Fredericksburg. We told Lilly exactly what we were looking for. She showed us one that was already sold on the lot. Since there was not one available to purchase at this location she located us one at the Springfield, VA dealership. It was the perfect color and options. We got a great price for our 2019 Rubicon trade; and sufficient discounts on the new 2026. Lilly made the transaction smooth and effortless. She is a knowledgeable and pleasant salesperson. We highly recommend her and would definitely use her again. Thank you, Lilly for everything! Paul and Catherine Doe”
