“Beware, We bought a car at a decent price as posted online. After asking if there is anything wrong with it we were told no. We drove 4 hours to see it and liked it, so we picked it up late that evening. The ABS light came on and the car went in limp mode just 15 miles down the road after the dealership closed. The limp mode only lasted until the awd shut down so we were able to make it home. I had to take it straight to the Dodge dealership to get it back on the road costing $2900. The Dodge dealership had to replace 2 CV axels, Driveshaft, 2 Tie-Rods, 2 Wheel sensors. A few days after I got it back, the ABS light came on again and the exhaust was louder, We then had to replace the left front CV Axel, another wheel sensor and rear exhaust pipes where a weld came apart. A few weeks later a check engine light came on and then I had to replace the cooling and the coolant thermostat, and still has a small radiator leak. We are out around $4,200 extra including “rear rotors and pads” bringing this car back to life and counting. It did have 122,000 miles on it so I expect a few things but this is bad. When I texted Automan Empire they said the car was fine until it left their dealership.”

“Me and my mother traveled 2 hours away to come and visit a specific car that was listed not on one but two car dealership sites. THIS DEALERSHIP CALLED US asking for us to come in for a test drive and we called 30 minutes before to confirm that the car was still there and this dealership confirmed that it was. Upon arrival we were told that the car that was already listed for sale was not there and needed to be looked at before it could be sold. If that was the case this should’ve been communicated before on the two separate occasions when they were contacted by me and my mother. They also had a ridiculous processing fee of 999$ and they had very poor customer service. No organization, no accountability, no integrity.”

“Very friendly staff! They gave me a great deal on my truck and worked with the budget that I had when I arrived. They followed through on their promise to do work on the truck after I purchased it. I highly recommend visiting Automan Empire if you’re looking for a reliable used vehicle.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! For anyone looking at reviews about this place—PLEASE look at multiple reviews! I know there are some good ones, but DO NOT let that fool you. I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic SI from these scam artists, and I can tell you from personal experience, they are lying and scamming people. I found this place online, and ended up speaking to Pauly, who his manager called their "top salesman." Let me tell you, Pauly is the top liar and top scammer. When I spoke to him, he told me multiple great things about the car they sold me, which at the time, sounded good. My first question to him was, "What condition is the car in?" Pauly replied, "Great condition. In fact, someone bought it and traded it back after six months for a newer car." I then asked him if there were any issues with the car, and he said "none." I asked Pauly if I could come in person to check it out, and he insisted they do mostly virtual sales. Since I was about an hour and a half away, he said I qualified for free delivery. I agreed to move forward. The whole process started on September 3, 2025. Pauly told me the car would likely arrive on September 6, 2025, but the day before, he called and said it would arrive around midnight on September 5, 2025. That sounded off, but I was excited. Well, the car NEVER ARRIVED on September 6. I called Pauly, and he told me it had “just been picked up,” even though I had told him repeatedly I was fine with picking the car up myself. The car finally arrived that night at around 7:30 pm. When the tow truck driver brought the car, he looked at me and said, “This car is in bad shape. The driver’s side window doesn’t go down.” I asked him what he meant by "bad shape," and he replied, “You’ll see. All the dash trims are broken.” At that point, I didn’t think much of it. Pauly had assured me that I couldn’t return the car with the tow truck driver. Around 9 pm, I decided to test drive the car. As soon as I started driving, a loud rattling noise came from under the car. Not only that, but the driver’s side window still didn’t work, the radio wouldn’t stay on (it’s held up with cardboard!), the trim was broken, the dome lights inside the car didn’t work, and the car smelled awful—like it had been used to bathe animals. As for the loud noise? The muffler is broken. And that’s just what I found in the first three days of checking it out. I called Pauly to try and get help, but he ignored my calls. I texted him, and he gave me excuses. On September 8, 2025, I tried calling again, but he denied my calls and told me to text him instead. I asked him to call me back, but he refused. I called him seven times on that day, but he still wouldn’t answer. Now, it’s September 10, and Pauly still hasn’t returned my calls or texts. I called to speak with someone higher up, and I got a rude manager who didn’t even give me his name. I explained my situation, and he just silently laughed at me, thinking I couldn’t hear him. He rushed me off the phone like I was bothering him. It’s clear to me that they’re all in on this scam together. DO NOT put yourself in this situation. It’s NOT worth it. I’m stuck paying for a car I can’t even use, and this scam dealership won’t help me. They are just stealing people’s money with no remorse. Even the bank they got me the loan with is in on it—when I tried calling them, I was laughed at and brushed off as well. If anyone else is going through something similar, we need to find a way to expose these scam artists. I’m doing my part, and they will find out soon enough.”
