“Spoke with Alejandro to get more info and look at a 2018 Chevy express they have in stock. He was awesome to speak to and deal with. Great communication and helped out a lot. There were some issues that needed to be addressed with the van but he let me know it hasn’t gone through the inspection process yet which is fine. Had a noisy serpentine belt, TPMS light on, blower for A/C/heat also wasn’t working for the front of van, no glove box, and a interior panel that covers the vehicle jack was missing. The top of the van also had a large dent from something falling on the vehicle. This being a rental vehicle I can understand having some issues but I’m a little upset with the fact that the price doesn’t reflect more of this. Especially considering vans of the same mileage/year are in better condition for the price. Overall the experience with Alejandro was fine I have no issue with him. My problem is with the very low ball offer for my trade in on a vehicle that is valued higher than what they offered at 11k. Pretty disappointed only because I was expecting closer to what I was offered at other dealerships. Just wanted to offer my experience at this dealership so other people are able to formulate their own opinions. Thanks again, will be taking my business elsewhere.”
