“Nothing positive to say. They sold me a car that they claimed was inspected and safe. The radio was broken. The motor mounts were broken the oil pan was stripped to name a few of the obvious. All in all it has cost more to get the car safe and road worthy then I paid for the car. They knew what was wrong and failed to disclose it. I made an offer to settle and they declined. And the offer was beyond generous. Do not walk away from Hi Lo. Run in the other direction as fast as possibile. I only added a star so I could post this review.”

“I have purchased 2 vehicles from this company. I recommend it to many others also. The first truck we purchased with Bo the owner on 40 and it was a great experience. The second car we purchased a year ago at the other location with a trade in, older sonata for a newer one. I always use the fob to lock and unlock my sonata. Yesterday I took my son to chuck e cheese and somehow my unlock button broke. It was at that moment I realized my ignition key as well as the key fob key will NOT unlock my car! I couldn't believe it. Who ever tries to use a key in the door if they use the keypad? I didnt know what to do. I found the piece in my purse that broke and was able to unlock my car thankfully. Since I was 3 minutes away from where I bought it I went there and showed an employee what happened. My husband also called at the same time not realizing I went there. They were nice, gave me the number for the tire shop who would warranty us a new key fob. The problem is I still have no key to open the door. Only the button. So today the tire shop and an employee at the dealer told my husband the only thing they will cover is my fob, not the door handle lock. I understand that yes, now all this time later, I just figured this out, but what happens if my key fob breaks again? Im stuck again? I cannot lock my car until this is fixed. I have recommended this place to so many people! I am so disappointed how this is being handled when we have spent well over 30,000 dollars between the two vehicles purchased here.”

“I am late sharing my review. I had a great experience with Hi-Low back in November. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off or get over on me. I got a great deal of a car from them. Justice was the guy who assisted me and my dad with purchasing a car. He was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable!! The car that we purchased is clean inside and out, and it runs great! Again, the purchase was in November and it’s now March and my car hasn’t had any issues! Thanks Hi-Low/Justin for providing me with a great car!”
