I found it right away—a faulty sensor that caused the vehicle to turn on and off whenever the rear driver-side door was open. It was a serious issue, but to Easterns’ credit, they stood by their word and repaired it without hesitation. Now the car is perfect, and I genuinely appreciate how Mr. Bao and Julian made sure I drove away happy. Their professionalism and dedication made all the difference.”
