“I was there 3 hours to achieve final max for my budget price... For the love of God, does car selling HAVE to be so indirect? Places that have a set sale price/no haggle policy... That's where I'll go next time. The speakers are shit or blown... the touch screen doesn't work in the center, and they filled my tank halfway... Then one of the tires has a show leak I have to add 10 psi every week because it appears the tires were maybe starting to dry rot. None of these are things I found out during the test drive I was allowed to take around the parking lot. Just disappointed w/ some aspects, but glad I left with a car in the end w/ so so credit and a co-signer. Very frustrating process for me anyways. I did find out I could get a 2026 (I bought 2023) for the same price BUT with the base package and hub caps... 🤷 Just being honest... Maybe you will have a better experience whoever is thinking of going ❤️”

“I was on the hunt for a good deal on a used Tesla, and Mr. Bao was incredible to work with. There was also an inspection issue that should have been caught before the car was listed. I found it right away—a faulty sensor that caused the vehicle to turn on and off whenever the rear driver-side door was open. It was a serious issue, but to Easterns’ credit, they stood by their word and repaired it without hesitation. Now the car is perfect, and I genuinely appreciate how Mr. Bao and Julian made sure I drove away happy. Their professionalism and dedication made all the difference.”
