“After having my truck for 4 months I have to say this place I would only recommend to someone who knows about vehicles. As someone who is not very educated on cars I say I got screwed pretty bad first unfortunately I was not thinking ahead and hired a mechanic to go and inspect the car with me which was my own fault. I trusted the dealer ship to sell me a good car and unfortunately dealers only want sales. I got a gmc sierra Denali which was my dream truck. First thing that went wrong days after getting it had some electrical issue I literally about broke my foot getting into my truck as the step the truck has started moving while I had my foot on the step then the battery went bad 2 weeks later which I had to purchase a new battery which costed 240 dollars. Then the radio would start chancing stations by it self then the rims I thought were original and went I took it to get detailed the rims started peeling because the rims were painted and not to mention the oil was black thankfully I remembered to check it the next day and took it in for an oils change right away. At least an oil change would have been highly appreciated. I did reach out to the dealer regarding the warranty and unfortunately all they had was excuses and they said they would call back and never did. I love the truck trust me it’s a beautiful truck but just all those issues had pushed me to make a decision and trade in my truck for a 4 runner there is no way I can put more money on the truck when I already have to pay $36,000 for it and with it having over 108 thousand miles I think getting a more reliable car would be better in the future. This is my personal experience I hope you all have a different experience than me 🙂”

“Sterling Auto Sales is a small family owned business that does things right! No hassle, no hidden fees, as straight forward as it gets. Joe was extremely nice to my wife and I on a really cold day and allowed me to test drive a few trucks before we settled on 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat in extremely great condition. Ryan, walked us through the financing and allowed me to compare my own rates from USAA and helped us make the best decision possible. Adam completed the purchase and was a treat to speak to as well, just great people overall working here. There was absolutely no moment where we felt we were being pushed into a sale or doing something we were going to regret. Me being a Marine Corps and the dealership having deep military roots, I felt they treated us great and fair. I will be recommending them to anyone who is need of a great used car/truck. They had the best selection of trucks and honestly, the hardest part was choosing just one!”
