She was very patient and always had time to talk to me and answer my questions, she answered all of my questions thoroughly, she was always very pleasant and she made the buying process super easy. She would also reach out, to check on my interest in the vehicle, see where things were at on my end and even just to check in and ask how my day was going. I also dealt with Tim, the finance manager, and he was also very pleasant and easy to work with. I had several questions regarding what I needed to do once I had the vehicle back in my state and there were a few concerns on my end (based on conversations I had with my states DMV) and Tim assured and reassured me that everything would be taken care of at the time of purchase and they would do everything needed so I would have no surprises with the DMV, when it came time to register my vehicle in my own state. “Horrible horrible service!!!!!! The sales women I had didn't know Jack about my car I was purchasing (Emma) & 2 months into having the car is just stops running on me. Need $900 worth of work and the powertrain warranty doesn't cover sensors. And Eric the GM of sales just told me it is what it is when you buy a used car. Buying a car is already stressful, and now the employees have a don't care attitude. I have proof of how the car acts and when it started and still no one cares. They're all about money!!!!! I don't advise anyone to buy a car here!!!”
