“I’ve had two great experiences and one that could have gone better (a rear camera recall that could have been done before I purchased the vehicle. The service took a couple of days instead of hours, but the technicians and service manager pushed and communicated well and often…so a glitch. My only gripe is it should have been taken care of before I drove it off the lot…minor nit in the end.) First, the purchase experience was great. No pressure and quite fast as the truck was priced competitively. I made an offer and it was accepted. My trade in went quickly and I was given a very fair price. Hunter was my salesman…he never BS’d me or over sold, very helpful and quick to respond to questions that didn’t have immediate answers. Highly recommend. Second, I purchased and installed a set of Michelin tires. No other retailer came close to the price and installation. Service was much faster than expected. Finally, the pickup and drop off service is fantastic. I’ve used it twice and the drivers are mature and trustworthy as well as very polite.
