“I had a good experience working with Jawon as a salesman—he was helpful and professional. However, I was disappointed with some details after purchasing a used vehicle. The car was cleaned, but basic items like coolant and windshield washer fluid were not filled. These may seem like small things, but for a new buyer they matter and affect first impressions. Oversights like this raise concerns about quality control and trust in the dealership’s preparation process. I will take the car for a full inspection and keep this review updated. I am also waiting on a response from the dealership-as today is Sunday they are closed. Update: the customer service is great. I appreciate the follow up call from the dealership. They got my car in Monday afternoon and did a full inspection and filled the coolant, oil, and windshield fluid. I appreciate their efforts to fix the oversights. So far car is in good condition and the overheating from no coolant has not created an engine issue.”

“My mother and I recently came to look at a used car and at the beginning of the viewing, we were given the wrong VIN number and wrong price of the vehicle. We had already done a test drive of the car we were wanting and the price they had given us was one of an older car. After we agreed to purchasing the car, we were told it was the wrong price. While he was looking for the correct price, the manager came over and kept telling us to look at buying a brand new Nissan instead of the used Toyota we wanted. After a while, we got the new price which was noticeably higher. After a bit of bargaining, we agreed to the price and told them we would come pay the rest the following day. The next day we went and we were told we could have another look at the car since last time we came to see it, it was dark out. Now that we were viewing it in daylight, we could tell the car had been in an accident. The attached photos show the details of very obvious repairs. We completely understood we were purchasing a used car which might have damages or previous accidents which would have been fine, but they had told us there were no previous damages/accidents. There was clear evidence of a paint job around the rear right tire to conceal an accident. We brought this to the attention of the managers but instead of them taking accountability for the error on their end, they tried gaslighting my mother and I into believing this was completely normal. They showed us details that were allegedly from a completely different car to confirm the car wasn't in an accident. They treated us like we were idiots. After a while of going back and forth we agreed to just settle for the price they gave us. Once we purchased the car, we drove to a few family members who are well educated in mechanics and they confirmed the car had been in an accident. Do not go here unless you want your concerns to be ignored and to be treated horribly.”
