“I seriously don’t know where to start. Buckle your seatbelts (pun intended), this is about to be a long review! First off, I started my car search journey with another Cadillac dealership in the area. The staff was great, but not necessarily incredible. I was in search of a very specific car, the Cadillac Lyriq Sport with black/black interior and exterior. Frank Kent had the exact model I wanted after being told it didn’t exists. I then called Frank Kent Arlington and spoke to Rob. He informed me that the exact model I desired was at their sister store in Fort Worth. Lastly, when the car finally arrived she was GORGEOUS!!!! It’s everything I dreamed of! This is my first new vehicle I’ve ever purchased, and it was exactly what I wanted. The drive is smoother than MJ, the ambiance of the vehicle is luxurious, the space and style is memorable — it’s SUCH a beautiful car.
