Even with the longer drive this is our new ford dealership for sure! **** Just had my first service****They picked up my vehicle, informing me all along the way, the service tech sent a video, and while I did not need filters, offered me additional beneficial services. I did not get his name (for some reason, I think it is Randall?) But the service manager, Dana, really helped us with a warranty repair and ensured that the repair was correct and had my vehicle delivered back to my house, as promised!! What AWESOME service!”
