“Yall!!! This is an AMAZING dealership. Terrika (sp) was kind, funny, attentive, helpful, caring, friendly and very refreshing. She helped my husband and I immediately as soon as we got on property. Asked which vehicle we were there to look at, grabbed the keys and met us at the front of the lot. Had a great test drive and she made it fun! She worked diligently on getting the best rate she could for us and we are so grateful to add this beautiful wrangler to our family 🥰🥰 if I could give her 10 stars I would!!! Thank you AutoNation and Terrika you helped make our family a Jeep family!”

“I purchased a vehicle from AutoNation that has experienced ongoing mechanical issues since purchase. Over the past several months I have dealt with multiple repair attempts, extensive delays, poor communication, and inconsistent information regarding possible resolutions. The overall experience has been frustrating and exhausting. I have repeatedly had to follow up for updates, request the same information multiple times, and continue searching for answers regarding a vehicle that should not have been sold in its condition. Corporate representatives and dealership staff have acknowledged aspects of the situation, yet a timely and satisfactory resolution has still not been reached. As a customer, I expected greater accountability, transparency, and urgency. I came to Autonation with trust that I would be sold a reliable “worry-free” vehicle. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most difficult vehicle ownership experiences I have had. I’ve also had new issues with my vehicle after taking it to be serviced. I’ve had this vehicle almost a yr and a half and the service department has had it off and on for almost half of it. I am still waiting for a fair resolution and will not currently recommend this dealership based on my experience. I am trying to get a replacement vehicle and management id trying to make me take ALL financial responsibility. Update: 6/24 I have reached out for the GM for 3 days now in response to their comment. I left my information for them to reach back out and I’ve yet to hear from them. 6/30 Still no response.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but after buying two brand-new vehicles from AutoNation CDJR North Fort Worth, I feel others should know about my experience. About two months ago, I purchased a 2022 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat with only 13,000 miles. After owning it for about a month, the fuel pump failed while I was driving around 40 mph, causing the car to stall in traffic. That was a serious safety concern. The vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership, where it sat for nearly a month because they were waiting on a replacement fuel pump. While I understand that parts delays can happen, I expected the vehicle to be properly repaired before it was returned. Unfortunately, after getting it back, the car still displays a “Service Fuel Sensor” warning message and continues to take an unusually long time to crank before starting. The problem clearly wasn’t fully resolved. I spoke with the sales manager I purchased the car from to discuss possible solutions. Instead of standing behind the vehicle, I was told the car would need to be appraised again if they were to buy it back. That makes no sense to me. I purchased this vehicle from them just two months ago, and now I’m expected to take a financial loss on a 2022 Hellcat with only 13,000 miles because of issues that started shortly after the purchase. To make matters worse, this wasn’t my first disappointing experience with this dealership. Before buying the Charger, I purchased a brand-new Ram 1500 RHO from them. That truck also stalled while I was driving through the city after only about 30 miles, forcing me to return it the very same day. Two vehicle purchases, two vehicles that stalled while driving. That’s not the level of quality or customer service I expected from a dealership representing these brands. I understand that mechanical failures can happen, but how a dealership responds afterward is what matters. Unfortunately, my experience has left me with very little confidence in either the vehicles they sell or the support they provide after the sale.”

“This place is the bee's knees. My sales guy Jorge Servin was so kind and so accomodating. I showed up when it had just started to rain and he helped me and let me test drive anyways. The car I ended up buying had a battery issue and wouldn't start. This man went outside IN THE RAIN and tried starting it along with two techs. They got it started and let me drive. I went back later that day and bought it from them. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I usually dread going to dealerships because I often feel like they’re trying to take advantage of the buyer. However, my experience at AutoNation in Fort Worth completely changed my perspective. From the very first minute I started communicating with James and Terricka, I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. They were incredibly helpful and transparent throughout the entire process, working with me to ensure we reached a deal that was beneficial for everyone involved. To top it off, signing the paperwork with Luis, the finance manager, was an absolute breeze. It was pressure free and It only took about fifteen minutes, which is unheard of in the car industry! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and, at the end, I was genuinely impressed and happy with my purchase. If you want a stress-free experience, go see this team! Ask for James if you want a great experience!”
