“So its pretty much an American past time to crap on car dealers. Untrustworthy, scammers, liars are all words that come into mind. But in reality, most car dealers do what they can to ensure a positive customer experience. Autobahn Porsche definitely falls into the latter category. My wife and I were in Fort Worth for her birthday. We impulsively went by Autobahn Porsche to look at a beautiful CPO Mahogany Metallic Cayenne they had. We had the pleasure of working with Lenny Segal. I'm not much of a deal hassler but we did come to a price that we were happy with. I think most people have a similar experience with a car dealer. What truly sets a dealership apart is AFTER you buy the car. The Cayenne had a recall and as we live nowhere near Fort Worth, we had to take the vehicle to our local Porsche dealership. They did a routine inspection of the vehicle and noted some damage to the underbody panels. After I speaking with Lenny on a totally unrelated matter, I mentioned that the local dealership had found this damage and i sent the inspection video for him to take a look at. Without any demands or really even asking for this to be addressed, Lenny assured he would do whatever he could to correct the problem. In less than 24 hours, Autobahn Porsche let me know that they would take care of the repairs. That's how you know a dealership wants to take care of customers.
