“Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with! I came in with a challenging situation, trying to get out of a lease that was extremely upside down, and I wasn’t sure there was going to be a solution. Tyler was patient, kind, and reassured me that he would do everything he could to figure something out , and he did exactly that.
Bryce, the finance manager, also worked his magic and helped get me into a situation that worked for me. I am incredibly thankful for both of them and the time, effort, and care they put into helping me get out of such a difficult lease situation.
Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Tyler and Bryce!”

“I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at O'Daniel Jeep on Illinois Road.
Last week I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for its 60,000-mile service. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine. However, a couple of days later, I opened the hood and realized that my engine cover was missing. It had been there before the service, and now it's gone.
I immediately contacted my service advisor, James, but instead of taking ownership of the issue, he repeatedly asked me—more than twice—if I was sure the engine cover had been there. That response was frustrating and made me feel like my concern wasn't being taken seriously.
I first reported the problem on Friday. I followed up again on Saturday, Monday, and now Tuesday, and I'm still waiting for an answer or any resolution. A simple update or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing.
I trusted O'Daniel Jeep to take care of my vehicle, and instead I ended up with a missing part and no clear response. My engine no longer looks the way it did before the service, and I expect the missing engine cover to be replaced.
I hope someone from management reads this and takes customer service more seriously. This experience has left me feeling ignored and disappointed.”

“I am updating what was originally a 5-star review that I left after purchasing my Jeep. The sales experience was excellent, and at the time I had nothing but positive things to say about this dealership.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with the service department has completely changed that opinion.
I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an oil change and to diagnose an electrical issue. At approximately 10:00 AM, I called for an update and was told that diagnostics were already being performed on my Jeep. Based on that information, I believed my vehicle was actively being worked on.
As the day went on, I received no communication. Around 4:00 PM, I called again and was told that my Jeep was "next up" and had been second in line for service.
Concerned by the conflicting information, I went to the dealership around 4:45 PM to pick up my vehicle. The advisor I had been dealing with throughout the day was gone, so I spoke with another technician. I specifically asked whether anyone had inspected the electrical issue, checked the fuses, looked at the wiring, or performed any diagnostic work whatsoever.
The answer was no.
After sitting at the dealership for nearly nine hours, absolutely none of the diagnostic work I scheduled the appointment for had been performed. Despite being told at 10:00 AM that diagnostics were already underway, I learned that nobody had even looked at the issue. I was then told my Jeep was "next up" for diagnosis.
That is not a delay. That is a complete failure in communication and customer service.
Had someone simply told me the truth and said they were backed up and hadn't gotten to my vehicle yet, I would have been disappointed, but I would have understood. Instead, I was given information throughout the day that turned out to be completely inconsistent with what had actually happened.
When I voiced my concerns, the response I received was, "Sorry you feel that way."
Not "Sorry we dropped the ball." Not "Sorry for the lack of communication." Not "Sorry we wasted your day."
Just, "Sorry you feel that way."
For a dealership that expects customers to schedule appointments, arrange transportation, and trust that their time is being respected, this level of service is unacceptable.
The sales team earned my original 5-star review. The service department has unfortunately earned this 1-star update.
If this is how scheduled service appointments are handled, potential customers deserve to know not to waste their money or time with this pathetic service department.”

“We had such a great experience at this dealership. We drove two hours to get there because they had the best selection of vehicles we were looking for, and it was absolutely worth the trip.
From the moment we arrived until we drove off the lot in our new vehicle, the entire team made the process easy and enjoyable. Tyler, Justin, and Josh were all personable, down-to-earth, and very knowledgeable.
They truly made the whole experience top notch. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying experience! 😊”
