“I bought a certified, pre-owned Mazda CX-30 at a competitive price. Love the car! Shortly after my purchase, I discovered a weird technical glitch. I called Mazda Customer Service, and I was frustrated that they were unable to resolve the issue. O'Daniel did a great job escalating the issue and sticking with it until it was successfully resolved. To be fair, it was a bizarre outlier kind of issue (despite extensive online research, I couldn't find another CX-30 owner with the same issue). I do believe that if I'd bought this exact same vehicle from a non-Mazda dealer, I would have had far less recourse to get the issue resolved. O'Daniel's sales and service departments had access to additional resources and they advocated for me. I really appreciate that. This is a perfect example of a situation where a certified dealer can do more for you than the independent car dealer. I love the car, and I feel like a valued customer.
