This is my second time bringing my vehicle in for service, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The staff is always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Our service advisor was Brooke and she was wonderful. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted promptly and treated with genuine courtesy. Everything is clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the dealership. One thing I really appreciate is the customer lounge and bar area. They always have snacks available, which makes waiting much more comfortable. If you’re getting a loaner vehicle, it’s ready on time and the process is seamless. When it’s time to pick up your vehicle, it’s always returned clean and freshly washed. They also do a great job communicating any recommended services before invoicing, so there are never any surprises. Overall, the level of customer service and attention to detail is exceptional. “My used car journey for a Chrysler Crossfire started like most internet searches. I came across this gorgeous red roadster. I filled out the brief questionnaire on Auto Trader and submitted the request to see if vehicle was still available. Cassie a Sales Associate for Mercedes-Benz of Fort Wayne Indiana returned a call to me within five minutes of the submitted request. To be fair I had made outreach to other dealers outside of my home State of Wisconsin. The biggest difference is they all did the hard sale. Unannounced to them is I already knew what I was looking for. Cassie just simply allowed me to fall in love with the car by sending me a couple short videos to my Android phone. She listened to my questions and answered them in a non hard sale manner. But,still reassuring me that this dealership knew exactly what type of car they were selling. Being that I am from Wisconsin there was no issue with having this car delivered to my address. Within a week I had this gorgeous car in my driveway.
