“Went for an oil change and to have an issue with my locks looked at. Jordan was extremely helpful and although we can’t figure out what is going on with my locks they gave a true effort. Would definitely take my care there again. Very clean as well.”

“Historically, I’m car dealership adverse because they’re pushy, salesy, and self-motivated. That said, if you’re looking for a sales person who’s both transparent and forthright, yet informative and personable - Justin is your guy. He was never pushy, always helpful, and the buying process was smooth and easy. I’d not only recommend Justin with confidence. I’d recommend you reach out to Kia and request him when you’re ready to schedule an appointment.”

“2016 handicapped Kia soul.Engine failed with code many times.Finally started knocking on Monday dec22 ft Wayne Kia did diagnostic and confirmed it was the connection road bearing.They contacted Kia and was a hard no because we did not have receipt that proved we did the oil change ourself. Talked with Chris the service manager at ft Wayne Kia. Explained that it was a $32000 handicapped accessible vehicle for my disabled 17yr old grandson for school and doctor appointments.Chris got back to me Tuesday afternoon and said they would supply the motor if we would pay for installation. We gladly agreed and they overnighted the engine.I got a call December 26 at 4:30 pm saying it was ready.I am so thankful for Chris and the service staff that stepped up and got it done. You don’t hear about the good outcomes just the bad so I felt I need to reach out with a big thank you”

“I am very happy with the service department at Kia Fort Wayne . Shout out to Doug Rooks, he stayed on top of the tire replacement and was able to stay in communication with me as well . All the years I've tried and done deals at dealerships, Kia Fort Wayne is by far the Best Customer Service I've ever had.
