Anthony in the service dept. was amazing. We had a problem driving from Pensacola to Michigan. They took the car in immediately and repaired it . Extremely polite and understanding. This is a great dealership. Could have easily turned us away or over charged us .

Service folks are pretty good and likable. They did a pretty good job of getting my truck in as soon as possible and providing me a loaner no questions asked. Very helpful and answering all my questions. If you need service done on your Ford, take it to Bob Thomas west.

Purchased a new Bronco in August, absolutely love it. However, when I needed to return for my ZBART package a couple weeks later, I needed a loaner because I live out of town. I was given a car with not enough gas to get me to Huntington, and before I got home the tire pressure light came on and I had to pay to air up the tire. When I returned and told my salesman the only thing said was "Oh ok". I also told him that the rear defroster wire was hanging and it had scratched my window tint. I was told to call service which I did. When I dropped my vehicle off I was told to bring it at 9am so I had to miss 2 hours of work only to find out the shop was actually open much earlier and I could have dropped it off sooner. I didn't dare ask for a loaner so I asked for a shuttle ride. This went off well at first, but I was never asked about the pickup time, so I called the shop around noon. I was told the driver wasn't in but they would try to get a hold of him. I asked for a call back to confirm. Never received the call so I hurried to try to find someone to pick me up and take me to my car. Then I get a call at 4pm from the shuttle saying he's here. The final straw was I was told Ford had several issues with the same thing and they were going to do a repair instead of replace my window, and sanded my tint down as if I would be ok with that. I just paid $50000 dollars and had less than 500 miles. This is still an ongoing fight for a new window, so i will update this if they do the right thing.

An overall enjoyable experience. It can be stressful buying a new vehicle, but I did lots of research about the vehicle before deciding what I wanted, and Steve Robb helped me through the process. I never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't need on it, and once I received it, I didn't find anything that I would have done differently. Thanks for making this an easy and memorable experience, I would happily recommend Bob Thomas Ford to anyone interested in buying a new Ford.
