“I am VERY impressed with this dealership and their ability to work with me when purchasing my new Wrangler. We were able to work out details before even coming to the site. And, because we were BOTH honest in what we were offering, there was very little room for haggling or negotiating. Overall, this process was about as smooth as it could be and I never felt pressured by the GM having to come have a talk with me or hear any sob stories about costs, losses, etc. Rob and Antonio both worked with me before I arrived and Lucas took over when I was on site. All three of them were very professional and kind. Lucas made sure that we had coffee and water and facilitated the final transaction with the General Manager. I walked out of there feeling appreciated and not haggled to death. This was a great experience in during which I felt excited and left feeling happy and without a migraine!
