“Absolutely the worst experience getting my vehicle repaired. I dropped my vehicle off January 31 and did not get it back until February 18th. The communication was terrible. I had to continuously contact the Dealer to get an update. It took over a week to get a diagnosis for my vehicle, which was an ECM and a solenoid gasket along with a valve. The paperwork shows my mileage in was 54,196 And the mileage out shows 54,199. In reality, my vehicle had 54,276 miles on it when I picked it up meaning the dealership put 80 miles on my vehicle while they had it for almost 3 weeks. Well, my vehicle was there. I had them change the oil and rotate the tires And when I got home I checked my vehicles oil life, and it was at 95% rather than 100%. Someone took my vehicle on a joyride. I don’t think someone needed to drive my vehicle 80 miles for a check engine light. While I was in the service center picking up my vehicle, there was a customer on the phone with a service advisor and he Had some complaints, the service advisor just left him on speaker for everyone to hear as she walked off. The level of customer service is not very good. To say the least, I will never buy a vehicle from there or get another vehicle service. This was my first time ever dealing with Dyer Chevrolet.
