“I had a very disappointing experience with Victory Lane Chevrolet. They advertise one price online just to get you into the dealership, but once you arrive, they suddenly add around $8000-10,000 to the price. What makes it even worse is that they had already provided me with an out-the-door "(OTD) price", yet when I got there, the numbers were completely different. They also claim they have the best deals because they're a privately owned dealership, but that was not my experience at all. Instead of getting the great deal they promised, I was met with unexpected markups and misleading pricing. This is not transparent or honest business. It feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic to attract customers that not have knowledge in the business with a price they have no intention of honoring. I wasted my time driving to the dealership expecting the deal we had already discussed, only to be met with unexpected charges and excuses. If you value honesty, transparency, and dealerships that stand behind the prices they quote, I would recommend shopping somewhere else. The truck on the photo ended on $84,000 once i arrived there... Windows Tint Fee $399 Is a truck Fee $1099 Its Diesel Fee $999 Its Black Fee $799 Etc etc etc”
