“I bought a car from here and paid high retail price for it. We weren’t happy with it and returned it inside of their 10-day money back guarantee window. All seems to have gone according to plan. They honored their agreement. Great. However, I paid cash. So their solution to my refund is to issue me a check in 7-10 business days. They ACH’d my money from my account in minutes and now they are holding my money hostage for 2 weeks? Be careful if you are paying cash. This is dishonest and they should be required to pay interest on the money they are holding. They have their car back AND they have my money. No where else in our economy would it ever be acceptable to take back your goods and not return the customer’s funds. Caveat emptor. -Update: I called customer service at the location and then was directed to call the main office. They expedited the refund process and overnighted me a check for the funds. Not a terrible outcome to a process that is broken and not equitable for the customer. If I hadn’t been a vocal critic, I wouldn’t have gotten this improved outcome.”

He wasn’t pushy, I told him how I had a car shipped and he worked with me the entire time. I had everything in play before I arrived but i needed my wife to be present. She didn’t get off work until 5pm. Hector understood and was accommodating with having everything ready for our arrival at that time. The car buying experience was smooth and fast. He explained everything about the vehicle and took the time to go over anything we had questions on. This is my 3rd purchase at this location and the staff has always been awesome.
