“I would never use this dealership again, they do not care about safety, I bought a 2022 Camry for $25,000 on 6/9 and I noticed a shaking on the ride home, I was able to look at the car on 6/12 and noticed sidewall bubbles on both front tires which is not repairable and very dangerous, not to mention they sold the car with an off brand tire on the front and Bridgestones on the back. After notifying Freedom Chevrolet they said bring the car in and when I did they wanted to sell me two tires out of my pocket, doesn’t matter that the car is less than a week old. I did not give them anymore of my money. Not to mention Predatory advertising just to get people in the door. All advertised prices reflect a $3000 down payment. The salesman was very hesitant to give me a layout of costs before I went into the finance office.. that’s because they tried to sneak in a $4000 warranty. Worst dealership experience in my 20 years of owning and driving cars.”

“I had a great experience at Freedom Chevrolet. I came in for a Chevy ground strap recall, and Sachi took excellent care of me from start to finish. The entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The waiting area felt more like a luxury lounge—comfortable seating, coffee available, and very clean restrooms and facilities. Sachi even took the time to give me a quick tour of the location and parts shop, which was a nice touch and showed pride in their operation. Overall, top-tier service and a great customer experience. “As a first time buyer from any dealership Juan and his team sold me a car (AFTER I GAVE THE MONEY) THEY SAID “as is” not even A WEEK later ball joints and axel break. They do not provide warranty on car that is older than 10 years even though the sales rep told me that I would get an automatic 30 day warranty with the car, (before I purchased the vehicle) they told me after I purchased the vehicle that there’s no warranty if have to buy an extended warranty. made me sign all this paperwork so I would be stuck with this pretty much I don’t really recommend this place to anybody unless you really know what you are doing.”

I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car come visit Juan before going anywhere else. He didn't push me or rush me into getting in to something I wasn't comfortable. “Horrible experience. Promised my truck would be buffed and cleaned because it was dirty and scratched. Now after 3 visits the paint is worse. They promised after I purchased the truck it would be done. Owner says they have the best detailing people around but can't seem to buff a truck. They rush you though the paperwork and make you feel great but as soon as you leave they forget who you are. Rude unprofessional and dishonest is what they are. Was promised by two different people that if I got two quotes to get my truck done elsewhere they would grant me one quote. But after finally getting in touch with the owner of the dealership she said she never would do something like that. Now I have a vehicle that's way worse then what it started out as and they won't do anything for me. I have to spend my own money getting a truck buffed and detailed because they lied and broke promises. No one calls you back and you have to leave multiple messages for a response.... My other truck had to have a rear seat replacement. The so called certified mechanic completely ruined the inside of my door and the plastic around the seat. He said well the seat was hard to get out and back in... I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would swear that they are intentionally doing this to my vehicles just to make me mad.—. I was also told if this post was taken down, which I did the first time they would work with me. I took the post down and nothing was ever done. Just silence. Do not go to this dealership.”
