βThe salesman was super nice and done the best he could to help. The main finance lady ruined the entire experience. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they want to be spoken to very rudely by the finance lady, want to be offered thousands less than NADA or KBB trade value on your vehicle or if you want $2200 extra added to the price of a used car for additions you may not want like, pulse and ceramic coating.β

βElle Crandall picked out the PERFECT car for me. It has plenty of room for my doggos, and the gas mileage is fantastic at 30/37 - which she knew I needed for all of my traveling. It is in immaculate shape with only 25k miles and that new car smell! I was scared to take on more payment, but the benefit of being able to drive a really nice, new car is worth it. Everyone there was so nice to me and the coffee is hot. I highly recommend popping in to see Elle or any of the other folks. They are very accommodating. I have never had such a nice car and I am floating on the warm fuzzies.β

Ring is a good, down-to-earth person who really seems to care. The other people involved ( mainly the sales manager) also worked hard to help us out. If you are like us, with not the best credit and not much to pay down, then Friendship is the place to come. Highly recommend Ringo if you're looking for simple, down-to-earth people. I suppose it's like most things; once you purchase them, everything changes. Not sure if we made the right decision now. Not concerned with minor things, but with safety and preventive damage. The vehicle is supposed to have had a full inspection, but we tend to disagree with that! Found rear wipers in need of replacement ( especially the rear due to being torn), front brakes scraping and rotors cut into (despite having rechecked and advised all good normal wear still safe), windshield chipped, and a few other things. And be sure to check for floor mats (only one is available for the front passenger). We know we should have insisted on repairs of safety issues, but we need transportation for work, and our bad credit did not help (we just got off work and are due back in a short time, which means we're experiencing sleep deprivation). So, we accept our mistake, but we want someone else not to make the same one. The review was changed after finding other safety/preventive damage issues, and a no-return call was made to check the detail shop for additional floor mats. People were extremely friendly when trying to make a purchase, and I'm sure they still are. For sure, we do not trust the service department. OH well, time to scrape up enough for( in our opinion ), we have to make repairs. Luckily, most are inexpensive. Best of luck; I hope your experience goes better, and that this helps you, even if just a little.β
