“Went to look at Honda civics and immediately when we pulled up a gentleman made a crack about how my 15 almost 16 year old son parked. Ok we aren’t dealing with him. Went inside and met with a manager. He instructed Sam to help us. Sam was a very honest and helpful sales person. I usually purchase with fleet so I’m not interested in playing games. Sam understood that and found a perfect Honda Accord for me. 10k more than I wanted to spend. No big deal I’ll take it. After that we ran into games again. We have to run your credit it’s our policy. I let them know I’m bringing a check and that they can verify my identity but not run my credit. We almost left because they were trying to force us into running our credit. Sam got the manager to help us as a cash customer and we moved forward. After waiting for what I thought was a sales order they have us sign a sales paperwork with a stipulation stating that plan B I have to finance with them. Their insurance that I will come back I guess. I even offered a couple thousand to hold the car prior. Just sneaky and dirty way to do business. I understand most people don’t just bring checks or don’t come back, but that situation didn’t sit right with me. Sam great sales person. Manny in Finance and whoever wrote the documents wouldn’t trust them at all ever again. Sam got the sale and earned a customer, finance lost the same customer being greedy and undermining the deal I made with Sam. Won’t be back.”
