“I purchased a 2025 Tahoe from Folsom Chevrolet, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after purchase, I discovered paint dimples throughout the body of the vehicle. The dealership agreed to repair the issue, but the repairs have resulted in additional damage each time. To date, the vehicle has been worked on three separate times, and with every attempt the condition has worsened. As a result of these repeated repairs, the paint is now chipping and scratching, and the clear coat has been compromised. While the service department was initially responsive, they are now refusing to restore the vehicle to its original purchase condition or authorize repairs at a different, qualified shop. I also attempted to resolve the matter directly with the sales manager by requesting to return the vehicle and exchange it for one without defects. I was told I would need to absorb a financial loss to do so. This has been a frustrating experience. I expected a brand-new vehicle to be delivered in new condition, and I expected the dealership to stand behind its product when issues arose. Buyers should proceed with caution.”
