“Got into an accident and was told Reichenbach is the best. Sadly mistaken, they had my car for a month and basically just gave it back to me polished nothing fixed. My passenger door was still off track and had to be slam shut. The bottom cover which was stated to cover the oil pan was hanging off the car, every turn the car was knocking and my alignment was not done. I spoke with Mrs. Julie she seemed very nice and understanding when I explained I didn’t feel safe driving with a newborn in the car. She stated they could only fix what the insurance approved & to bring the car back for a second look. I called the insurance company in advance who confirmed they didn’t have any limitation as long as it came from the accident. I took the car back same thing only this time they did fix the door. By the time I cut a block the bottom on my car came off again. I called the insurance company back to check for other options. I couldn’t get another rental since the 30 days were already used. I had to come out of pocket 5K to get my car service correctly plus rental. Now I’m having to wait for reimbursement from the insurance company”
