“I purchased a low-mileage Expedition from them a few days ago, and the experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.
I first called on a Friday morning and was told the vehicle just needed tires and an alignment and would be ready to go. I waited around all day only to find out it wasn’t going to be done.
I spoke with my salesman, Bryce, on Saturday. He told me they were still waiting on the tires and that the vehicle would be ready Monday. He scheduled me for a 10 AM appointment Monday morning, so I loaded up my family and drove three hours to the dealership.
When we arrived, Bryce wasn’t even there and I was handed off to a different salesperson. The vehicle was still not ready. I was able to look at it, but it still didn’t have tires and hadn’t even been detailed. They told me that if I purchased it, they could deliver it to me the next day.
I waited all day and heard nothing. I eventually had to reach out myself, and still no vehicle. Finally, on Wednesday they contacted me saying the salesman was on his way with the vehicle. He showed up about 30 minutes later, dropped it off, and left.
The vehicle was delivered dirty, with no license plate, even though I had already provided all the information they needed ahead of time to handle the registration before delivery.
At that point I figured, “Oh well, at least we finally got the car.”
Now I’m sitting at the car wash detailing a $35,000 vehicle myself, and the car won’t even shift into gear. I’ve been trying for hours to get someone from the dealership to call me back. Every time I call, the sales staff transfers me to someone else who never returns the call.
Hopefully someone steps up and makes this right. I live three hours away and we have a vacation planned in the morning for my son’s birthday, and right now we don’t even have a vehicle.”

“Recently I stopped in just to check out an Explorer I saw on the lot, Joe Leonard quickly introduced himself and we sat down to talk about what I was looking for. My husband and I just started looking and we weren't sure how serious we were at moving forward. A few days later, Joe called me to follow up. He was so professional and relatable, I reiterated what I wanted and he found it for me so fast (at another Lafontaine dealership)! That sold us on moving forward and with a few hours we had the vehicle picked out and scheduled a time to finalize the deal. Joe made the process so easy and because of his service we will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade our other car next year. Thanks again Joe for hooking us up with our new 2026 Ford Explorer ST!!”

“Stopped by to check out a Mitsubishi evo that was on the lot and Grace came out to adress any questions I might have. I took the evo for a test drive but it wasn't really what I was looking for. While at her desk she showed me a few interesting cars at some of her other stores and a few days latter I was driving a "new to me" Mercedes! Communication and customer service was awesome and she negotiated be a great deal. I had my own financing but ended up going through the dealership which honestly streamlined everything. Can't recommend enough, Go see Grace!”
