Before calling, I used their online chat to confirm the vehicle's price, and the representative assured me that their online prices reflect their absolute lowest, transparent pricing upfront. However, when I called the dealership directly to purchase the car, they suddenly added a $7,500 "Adjusted Dealer Markup" (ADM) that was never mentioned online or in the chat. Advertising one price online and confirming it in chat, only to tack on a mandatory $7,500 markup over the phone, is deceptive. Save yourself the time and watch out for hidden dealer fees here.”
