“We bought a 2024 Dodge Ram 2500 from Fayetteville Dodge Ram on McPherson Church Rd in February 2026. We have put exactly 4,286 miles on it since then. On Monday 6/1 the truck broke down in Clinton and left us in the middle of the street and was towed to the Deacon Jones Dodge in Clinton. The exceptional service manager there, Anthony, has done everything in his power to help us as he discovered we were sold a truck without oil in the transfer case....barely enough for a sample. Now we face a several thousand dollar bill. For the past 5 days Anthony, my husband and I have called Dodge Ram of Fayetteville and we have consistently been put off, left messages, everyone is looking into and will get back to us, with the exception of the lady in charge of the service department at Dodge Ram of Fayetteville who plainly told us "We dont have to check the fluids before selling and the sales manager didn't tell me too. There's nothing we can do for you. Its bought as is." Piss poor business practices, customer service and general conduct. We have even contacted the dealership in Concord who sold the truck to the Dodge Ram of Fayetteville dealership on McPherson Rd. They did the maintenance where the rear seal was put in and no oil was put in. This rendered the same sorry excuses and finger pointing as Dodge Ram of Fayetteville on McPherson Church Rd. This is far from over for us. In the meantime time, if you are purchasing any type of vehicle, PLEASE protect yourself and do not go anywhere near Dodge Ram of Fayetteville on McPherson Church Rd!”

“Overpromise and underdeliver. I’m honestly glad I never used them for service on my Dodge.
I’ve been waiting almost three weeks to get my vehicle serviced, and whenever I call for an update, nobody seems available to help. Yet when I arrive in person, the service bays appear empty.
What really frustrated me was the estimate. I was quoted nearly $12,000 for maintenance and repairs that didn’t seem to justify that price. It felt excessive and left me questioning the accuracy of the recommendations.
I could go on, but overall I’m just disappointed with the experience. As a customer, I expected better communication, more transparency, and a reasonable timeline for service. Proceed with caution.
Also before I came they where so busy , look
At these photos”

“These guys are the worst. There is not enough space for this review to reveal all the BS they have put me through. Long story short, they have had my truck for about 3 months total. They failed to fix the pinion bearings in the rear end the first time, and then the second time, and now have had my truck again for over a month for the 3rd attempt. Instead of making my truck a priority because they already failed, they put my truck on the back burner and fix everybody else’s vehicle first. Even if they are currently working on my vehicle, they stop to work on a different vehicle if it comes in. All they have is excuse after excuse. By far the worst vehicle service experience I have ever had in my 41 years. If I ever get my truck back, I will never set foot on that property again, or buy a dodge. I can not express how frustrated I am enough. When I try to call and talk to a manager, they say one will call me back, but never does. The level of incompetence is amazing. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”

“My husband and I had a great experience at the Dodge dealership. Taylor Bennett and Jason the manager was awesome ..We brought a 2022 Ford Expedition. Great price on my trade-in. They worked with us on flexibility on our loan on what we coukd afford that was right for us. I was saddened to trade my baby(BMW) in but I got another baby that was well worth it. THANKS YOU GUYS..for the overall experience.”

“Buyers Beware❗️Especially my fellow service members.
I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Sonata N Line (~31,000 miles) on August 19, 2025. Out of the 12 days I actually had the car in my possession, I only drove it for five days (the other seven I was out of town for military duty). On August 31, 2025, I ended up stranded two hours away on the highway when the car completely failed. The vehicle was towed and has now been sitting in a repair shop for 3–4 weeks awaiting an entire engine replacement.
A second opinion confirmed what I already felt: there is no way a car only a year old with 31k miles should be experiencing catastrophic engine failure, nor should it have ever passed inspection and been sold in that condition.
‼️The official diagnostic from the repair center confirmed the engine had an internal failure, cylinder 3 bearing failure, and metal shavings throughout the oil from catastrophic failure. The full repair report states that the engine, turbocharger, and multiple gaskets all had to be replaced.
Even after notifying the dealership about the issue, I never received a call or any follow-up. It felt like the dealership’s attitude was, “All we did was sell you the car now it’s your problem, not ours.” That lack of communication and responsibility makes this experience feel shady and untrustworthy.
I was told, “You won’t have to worry about a car payment until November,” but what good is that when my car has spent more time in the shop than in my driveway? At this point, I have paid for and signed onto a vehicle I cannot even drive.
Buyers beware. Do your homework before purchasing here. While Mamie and Hannah provided great customer service, the dealership sold me a vehicle with a failing engine, something that should have been caught, prevented, or disclosed.
Please don’t respond with the generic, “We’re sorry you had a disappointing experience, please contact our manager.” If you want to address this, respond here in this review, where everyone can see your actions. Thanks.”
