“Purchased our KIA last year. The buying process went pretty smooth. Our salesperson was nice, answered all our questions and didn’t pressure us. We’ve gone to the service department once for an oil change and had no issues. Overall a good dealership from our experience.”

“(UPDATED) Driving to Durango for car service would have been a better choice. The employee, Kaylee, was incredibly rude. Even the front desk girl apologized to me, saying, “I’m so sorry. I’ve never heard her talk to anyone like that. It completely caught me off guard.” I’ll warn everyone I know to avoid this place, even if they’re considering buying a car from them. This is the kind of person they have representing their company. It’s unprofessional and rude. I appreciate Braden’s attempt to improve the situation, but as her manager, I truly hope you do something about this. She is representing YOU and this business… Update: Levi has gone above and beyond to fix this issue, and I truly appreciate his generosity. After everything that happened, he reached out to us and sincerely apologized. As part of my appointment, I was supposed to get a recall fixed and an oil change done. While the oil change was completed, the recall wasn’t fixed. Levi went out of his way to pick up my car, bring me a loaner, get it fixed, fill up my tank, and even had it detailed. His incredibly generous actions have completely changed my perception of this dealership.”

“Purchased a battery in the fall..called service dept to do an exchange..service lady didn't know what she was doing..transferred me to parts then parts did his job..a manager of course. Kevin the manager told me he had the battery in stock and it was warrented..all service had to do was contact me for and appointment to exchange the battery. My elder grandmother of 90 yrs old wanted to come on the drive, which is over 3 hours. The service dept again denied to replace the battery upon arrival after I was told by Kevin it was guaranteed warranty. He wasn't there today. We felt helpless after Kaylee Stowel and her service manager Braden Anaya looked at the battery and cleared the codes when we were waiting inside patiently, and did no print out of the info when the battery was tested. The leak from the said purchased battery had visible leaks on top and Braden ran his finger over the battery saying it was vehicle oil and not battery leakage. I was a mechanic in the military. Come on Braden. Do better. The company left me no choice. Better business bureau it is.”

“our salesperson Devin was awesome, initially got the ride we were wanting. later was told by financing didnt go thru so we had to go through a new lender. we didnt look over the paperwork til a week after we signed & they added an extra over $2k on the window price bc we had a "trade in", so the trade in was useless they just added it back on top of the price & was told by the financing manager that he would "lose money".. my fault i shouldve looked over everything, instead of trusting them that "everything is exactly the same, just a different lender".. it was also our first time purchasing a vehicle & we got jipped. refinanced a few months later w our bank for a lower interest rate, lessoned learned & will not be a returning customer to kia.”

“Had a great experience with Shaun at the dealership. He was very helpful, made the whole process seamless, and never came across as pushy. They didn’t lowball us either—instead, they gave us their best offer upfront and made everything easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!”
